Volunteer with AIHFT

Be part of the “Old is Gold” mission. Help seniors move safely, reduce pain, access screenings, and receive water & nutrition support. Serve on camps, in hospitals, old-age homes, RWAs—or remotely.

We train all volunteers. Medical roles may require credentials.
Field volunteers
Volunteers supporting a mobility & balance class (representative)

Where You Can Help

Choose one or more roles—training & checklists provided.

Camp Crew (Community/Hospitals/RWAs)

Registration, consent, vitals, queue flow, handouts, senior assistance.

Mobility Coach / Fitness

Lead micro-mobility, balance, breathwork. (GFFI/MMSx background helpful.)

Medical / Screening

BP, glucose, basic checks; triage red-flags. (MBBS/AYUSH/Nursing/Physio.)

Logistics & Water Routes

Route support, load/unload, verification photos, data logs (Mon/Thu).

Caregiver Education

Teach safe handling, transfers, sleep positions; share resource packs.

Media / Documentation

Photography (with consent), short case notes, impact logging for audits.

Who can apply?
  • • 18+ years (ID required on first day)
  • • Empathetic, reliable, and comfortable with elders
  • • Role-specific skills for medical/fitness coaching
Time commitment
  • • Camps: 3–5 hours per event
  • • Classes: 60–90 mins / session
  • • Water routes: Mon/Thu (2–3 hours)
